Sure, you can prompt activity through an email onboarding experience but emails, once sent, cannot be changed. But it&#8217;s offered up without obligation and in support of the values of the community.<\/p><p>This strategy isn&#8217;t limited to &#8220;cool&#8221; consumer brands.
