You should look to other qualities.<\/p><p>Every customer has unique needs and personalities but, from a marketing agency perspective, I&#8217;d define my ideal client based on 3 categories.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2371dc9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2371dc9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.1.0\/svg\/1f4b8.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udcb8\" \/> Value &#8211; Not just \u00a3\u00a3\u00a3, but do they see hiring us as a long term investment? Do they understand the worth of what we do?<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.1.0\/svg\/1f5e3.svg\" alt=\"\ud83d\udde3\ufe0f\" \/> Referrals &#8211; Do they recommended us to other businesses without being asked?<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" draggable=\"false\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/13.1.0\/svg\/1f92f.svg\" alt=\"\ud83e\udd2f\" \/> Causes the least headaches &#8211; Do we all work collaboratively, with joy, clarity, and challenge?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12c23d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"12c23d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The same three criteria can be applied to your school customers.<\/p><p><b>What about things like high product usage? Isn&#8217;t that a sign of a rock star customer?<\/b><\/p><p>Big login counts, clicks, time on site etc are all leading indicators that a school values your service.<\/p><p>But you need to take a more holistic view and get to understand the people behind the usage.
